- 300g chickling
- 400g wild chicory
- extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper
Cook chickling as suggested above. Purée chickling and pour extra virgin olive oil, chopped chive, salt and pepper.
Boil chicory for 5-10 minutes and sauté with a few hot oil Serve purée together with chicory dressed with oil and pepper. This is a good side dish for boiled meat.
