- 300g chickling
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery rib
- 1 garlic clove
- Parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- soya sauce
- mixed herbs
Chop and sauté vegetables. Add chickling, salt and cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat pouring water or broth every now and then. When ready, add soya sauce and herbs.
Toast or fry some slices of bread, place one on each plate and pour soup.
