- 200g pearl barley
- fresh or pickled anchovies
- shrimps
- pachino tomatoes
- basil
- salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil
Ingredients quantities may change according to your taste.
Boil barley as suggested above.
Sauté anchovies and shrimps in hot oil. Drain barley and add to anchovies and shrimps.
When cold, add tomatoes and basil.
Serve cold.
