Lentil, Orange and Walnuts Salad (Makes 4 servings)

Boil lentils, carrot, half an onion, garlic and sage in water for about 20 minutes.
Put lentils, chopped walnuts and parsley in a saucepan.
Squeeze half an orange and mix orange juice with oil, pepper and a pinch of salt.
Pour this sauce over lentils and garnish with orange slices.
It is very tasty in summertime!
