- 100g spelt
- 100g barley
- 100g lentils
- 100g chickling
- 100g beans
- 100g wheat
- 100g potatoes
- 1 celery rib
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- extra virgin olive oil, salt
Cook separately each legume.
Boil onion with a few legume broth. Add carrot, celery, potatoes cut into cubes. When vegetables are tender, add drained legumes and cereals.
Cook for 10-15 minutes and add some legume broth if it reduces too much.
Toast or fry some slices of bread, place one on each plate and pour soup and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
