- 320g spelt
- 400g boneless chicken breast meat
- 1 pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil
Boil spelt as suggested above.
Sauté sliced onion and pepper in a non-sticking pan and cook covered for about 15 minutes. Dice and sauté chicken breast. Add meat to pepper, add tomato sauce, parsley and cook for 15 minutes. Add drained spelt, cook a few minutes and add salt and pepper.
